• - Knowledge of Ibiza or having worked in touristic places in similar positions.

The most sought after position is to promote and sell our well-known boat parties. It is our flagship product, being the best boat party in Ibiza and very easy to sell due to it is quality and price.

The first days of work, Coaching or Sales Workshop courses along with integrated training will be given to each promoter / commercial teaching them Ibiza and the tricks to sell more.
Once the season starts, the best commercials will be evaluated offering them improvements in their job.

A training course will be given to develop the skills of the worker so that the work is carried out efficiently; it will help to know the important sites of Ibiza for the sale of our services and leisure products; every morning a meeting will be organized with all the team to follow up on the work of each worker and form promotional packages or offers to help sales.

HWe will usually work around 6 hours a day on the beach, offering our products to tourists. We will be distributed by zones (beaches, general streets, areas of bars, tourist areas, hotels, etc.)

We have the best conditions to work in Ibiza in promotion and sale of tickets at parties and leisure events. The commissions will be paid daily.
For each sale you guarantee at least 10€ per ticket sold onwards, up to a maximum of 20€ per ticket or person.
The best commercials will be able to opt for extra benefits, such as not paying the rent of the house, free tickets for the boat party, The clubs of Ibiza, extra bonus, etc...
The average of what our public relations or promoter made last year:

• - A very good promoter won between 200€ and 300€ / day.
• - A good promoter earned between 100€ and 200€ / day.
• - A normal promoter earned between 50€ and 100€ / day.

We offer the possibility of living with your co-workers in our apartments, which are well located (Playa d'en Bossa or surroundings) at standard prices.
When you arrive in Ibiza, we will pick you up from the airport and will escort you to your apartment. These cost is between 11€ and 15€ / day. The payment will be made weekly to facilitate the worker.
The bail or deposit of the apartments is usually around 300€. This will be refunded when you leave, granted there is no issue with the apartment.
The beach, bars and clubs aswell as supermarkets are within walking distance of our apartments.
All you need to bring is towels, sheets and a pillow.
